Breast Lift Cost and Fees

breast lift cost

The costs associated with the breast lift surgery vary significantly between surgeons, medical facilities, and regions of the country and world. Patients who need additional or more extensive surgery will require more intensive and expensive treatment.

In non-private surgery centers or in-office operating rooms, mastopexy prices may include the following. However, in hospitals, charges are usually broken down into five categories:

1. the plastic surgeon's fee

2. the anesthesiologist's fee

3. the hospital charges, which includes nursing care and the operating room

4. the medications

5. any additional charges that may arise

All breast lift costs are averages. Lab fees, such as blood work, are normally an extra $35 to $75; medications are usually an additional $120. Physicals and HIV tests are additional, as are any other fees you may be responsible for (x-rays, etc.). If you are to be staying in a hospital or are opting for home healthcare, those expenses are additional.

Ranges for breast lift prices:

  • standard breast lift: $3,150 - $6,500

  • Benelli mastopexy: $3,500 - $7,500

  • breast lift with breast augmentation: $4,000 - $9,000 (depending on whether custom implants are ordered)

Financing Your Breast Lift Surgery

Breast lift surgery can be financed if your insurance does not cover the costs. There are many companies out there who will offer financing for your procedure, although not many are plastic surgery or surgical specific. We recommend companies that deal in plastic surgery-only financing as they are more aware of the time you need to recover and seem to have more empathy for the patient and not just their pocket book. Just be sure to read the fine print in regards to what you receive or what the particulars are before signing with a finance company. Please see our financing center for more information.

*Costs for medications, blood tests, and emergency surgeries, if applicable, are not included.
